Terms

Short version, in plain words. Nothing here takes away a right you have by law.

Prices and stock

Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include shipping, which is calculated at checkout. Stock comes from live listings and can change while you browse. If something sells out between your order and our confirmation, we cancel and refund in full — we will not quietly substitute a different item.

Descriptions

We describe what we actually know about a product. Where a listing does not state a measurement, a material or a compatibility, we do not invent one. If you need a detail that is not written down, ask us.

Delivery and returns

See Shipping & delivery and Returns & cancellations. Those pages are the terms, not a summary of them.

Getting in touch

Everything goes through the contact page. We keep a record of the conversation so that whoever picks it up knows what was already said.
